| Company Profile | The company has a large fleet of machines consisting of 18 multi-spindle GILDEMEISTER lathes with bar passage up to 100 mm and several c.n.c. lathes (DOOSAN, TAKISAWA. MORI SEIKI, MAZAK) for the production of larger rings (up to 300 mm). Each lathe is equipped with S.P.C. control on board the machine. The minimum turning diameter is 8 mm. The company is self-sufficient in the manufacture of its tools with constant profile that are produced within the company with c.n.c. In addition to the turnery, the company boasts a large stock of raw materials (more than 800 tons of bars in more than 200 sizes) that add flexibility to the company and a modern heat treatment department. The quality is ensured by a staff of 5 people who make use of a metallographic laboratory equipped with optical and electronic microscopes, a roughness meter, a rotometer, various durometers and two profilometers. |
