| Company Profile | Meccanica Pi.Erre was established in 1984 by Mr. Ruggero Pederzoli; it is the main Italian specialist and European Leader in trimming and finishing technology for castings and high-pressure die-castings. MPR is able to provide complete trimming and finishing solutions for all kind of aluminum, magnesium and various light-alloys castings of different sort of sizes. The company has about 70 employees and a production capacity of 14,000 hours/month. MPR’s plant covers an area of over 11,000 m2, of which 5,500 ones under roof. MPR offers to its customers an over thirty-year experience and knowledge based on state-of art design and production technologies, which are constantly updated. Its company organization has a Quality Management System certified under the UNI EN ISO 9001 and an own sales department dedicated to foreign and national markets. Our customers include the main Italian and foreign foundries, among those some carmakers and OEM foundries. In 2013 MPR acquired the company Robopres, consolidating in this way its position in trimming machines field, and extending its product range. MPR’s models, which had been developed on customized basis, were integrated with ROBOPRES’s trimming machines, which are characterized by a specific standardization and a consequent prices reduction. |
