The industrial washing installation model XCX 300 is a winning and cheap choice for piece cleaning in-line with the production. This type of installation succeeds in remarkably reducing the operating costs of the handling of the goods. The pieces exiting from the processing (transfer) machine, dirty of/soiled with/full of oil and shavings, in-line go directly into the washing installation, where they are washed and dried. Another strong point of this washing installation is the low environmental impact: it uses only water in temperature, which becomes – in the saturation phase – an emulsifiable oil, which can be used for the filling up of the machine tool.
